The application is designed to verify certificates issued by all European Union Member States, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
How to use it? Simply point your phone's camera to scan the QR code on the presented Digital COVID Certificate, whether in paper or digital form. The application will automatically verify the certificate.
A green result indicates successful validation of the certificate, while a red result signifies invalidity (criteria include authenticity verification and compliance with health regulations established by the DGS).
This application does not ensure the holder's security against COVID-19 or verify their identity; its primary function is to authenticate the certificate's validity.
Note that presenting the COVID Digital Certificate cannot serve as identification without a valid official document.
